2018 has been an active year for wildfires, hurricanes, severe storms, and other costly extreme weather events in the United States. This webinar will explain the role of climate change in exacerbating extreme weather. The webinar will focus on observations of current climate change indicators, the economic impacts of recent extreme weather events, and new scientific methods for understanding the role that climate change has in intensifying extreme weather.
