Phospholutions strives to reduce the environmental impact of fertilizer by creating technologies to reduce unwanted loss, provide optimum nutrient delivery for plant uptake, and remove phosphorus from polluted waste streams. The goal is to pull phosphorus from polluted waterways and other unique sources to generate a cost-effective fertilizer able to meet the demands of global agriculture. The team plans to partner with the Clearwater Conservancy to install a riparian buffer in Fall 2018 and hopes to participate in at least one trash clean-up in Spring 2019.
